I have really enjoyed my visits to Sona. Everyone has been SO nice and the Accent treatments that I have been receiving have been working wonders! :-) I'm excited to complete my treatment!

They went above and beyond. My experience is unique. I was cut on my forehead at work and received 5 stitches. I was left with a scar; not discolored, but jagged. Sona Medspa was the only Medspa I found that was even willing to accept workman's comp. Monica at Sona assisted me in the long and frustrating process of paperwork and red tape. In the end, it took about 4 years to get the treatment approved, and Monica stuck with me the whole way. I have now received two Pixel and two microderm treatments. Everyone at Sona is so friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Easy procedures that are also easy on your wallet.. Sona MedSpa offers a variety of laser procedures from age spot care to hair removal. The staff is kind and patient from the nurses that perform the treatments to the ladies that help with the financing. They worked with me on how to finance and pay over time for my hair removal. They allowed me to mull it over for a couple of days and get back to them. They are very understanding and will fully explain any questions you may have. When I went in for my first treatment, the nurse was informative and made sure I was completely comfortable. This place is AWESOME.

Spa Services.
I have had the laser hair removal and the photofacials done.
I think that they should be more clear about telling you about the effects after the photofacials and
the amount of pain involved in getting the procedures done. However, they also have some solutions
to help alleviate the pain issues, and I think they should also elaborate on those more.
I really enjoy having to not shave very often and I am glad I had the hair removal done. It does not
completely remove it to where you never have to shave again, but it is a huge improvement and worth doing.

sona medspa-grapevine. I have had a wonderful experiance at Sona Medspa. They were very friendly each time I walked in the door. The staff was great. They spent time with me to assure my issues were fully addressed. They really do care about helping you with your issues. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Grapevine Great Spa. Friendly staff and a very clean establishment. Had excellent luck with Laser Hair Removal and working on broken capillaries now. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Sona Med Spa Grapevine.
This has been a very nice experience using Sona Med Spa for personal services such as Botox and Fillers. They are very friendly and truly care about their customers. They are always happy to my answer questions and give a thorough explantion of what I am purchasing. I honestly feel like I get more than what I pay becasue they help me stay within a reasonable budget without comprising my results.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for top quality MedSpa services.

I HEART Sona Med Spa Grapevine.
I don't even know where to start. From the moment I walked into Sona, I felt like the staff cared about me and why I was there.
I was impressed with Monica who walked me through the different services offered and assisted me in choosing what fit my needs. She answered my gazillion questions and went above and beyond to make me feel confident with the package I was purchasing.
The Botox and the photo facial were AH-MAZING!!! The girls who did those procedures are fabulous and I've had compliment after compliment on the way my skin looks.
ALL the girls at Sona care and they're super sweet!!! I may become a permanent fixture there . . .:)

Don't Waste Your Money. Before my first appointment all was good. Mary, who did my procedure did not explain anything to me. I had to aks questions and she actually gave me attitude about it. On the next appointment she was late. Guess I should have charged her. On my thrid appointment I filled out a card indicating my visit was "OK". I guess they didn't like that as the attitude of the woman at front desk who schedules appointments was nasty. I'm not impressed. I'm not going back for the other visits I paid for. Who knows what they'll do to me??
