Pleasant visit to the dentist. I had my first vist at this office and it was very nice. All the people were very friendly and professional. Even offering me a warm neck pillow during my visit. They made sure I was comfortable and made sure I wasn't in any pain. They were quick to get the job done but not I never felt rushed. I wasn't pressured into buying a bunch of dental work and will coming back to that office twice a year for my cleaning!

People who care. After several calls looking for a dentist for my mom, who had a toothache and not insurance, when I called Highland Oaks Family Dentistry I was impressed with a question they asked me "Would this work for you??" and then she explained what they will do at this first visit and she finished "we'll see what we could do for her and how can we help". These are questions and comments that should be commun between a provider and a potential client, specially a health provider, but not anymore. So we visit this office, and the impression was completed: nice front desk people, beautiful new place, hight technology, very professional personnel and bilingual (Spanish) that made things easier for my mom. So, If your are looking for an excellent dental service this is the place to go, you will find people who care.…

I am not a fan of going to the dentist...... I am one to admit that I do not like going to the dentist. I have not been able to pin point what triggers my anxiety, until I visited this dentist. The staff was more than willing to listen to me throughout the exam to understand my concerns. They really wanted to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. I went back to have a 'deep clean' done yesterday. I will admit that I was a little nervous and 15 minutes in to the procedure, we had to stop so I could 'regroup'. It felt good to know that there was no judgment from the staff and I was able to take all the time I needed before they got back to work. I have other procedures scheduled, being that I haven’t been to the dentist is awhile, there is a lot of work to be done. I can't say that I am over my fears of going to the dentist, but I can say that my overall experience at this dentist has made me feel comfortable enough to want to continue to come here. Great Staff!! Great Work!! Great Experience!!. I recieved a mailer one day and just had it sitting in my junk mail to go through. The very next day I broke a tooth and needed somewhere to go immidiately! I pulled out the card and called and they were able to get me in the same day!! Talk about service!!! The Dentist was very gentle and explained the entire procedure as we were going through it. (I think he might have known I was a little nervous.) Not only did they did they fix my problem tooth, I also got a teeth cleaning while there too! Great place to go and the customer service is awesome!…
