Kudos on customer service!. I cannot begin to tell you how pleasantly surprised and wonderfully impressed I was with the service Chip and Park Place Lexus Grapevine extended to me with the lease of my RX350.

From the time you retrieved Mr. Venner's e-mail from me, describing my desire to lease a vehicle through your company, the customer service you exhibited was exceptional. I so appreciated your attention to my transaction and especially since I know you have so many others who require your attention.

It has now been one week since my lease and so far, I feel I made the right choice of vehicle (still getting use to the whole SUV idea)! I've been a sedan driver, always. In any case, the service and courtesy was outstanding!

Ezell was a joy to work with and the speed and extra steps he took to secure my satisfaction with the leasing experience were beyond reproach!

All around, your return of e-mails to my questions and having my homework done (credit app) before I came in lead to a speedy and very

pleasant financial decision to proceed. (Bridgette, I thank you, too!)

Awesome Service. I am continually amazed at the service I receive from Park Place. I do not think I will ever buy a vehicle anywhere else. My service advisor, Dwayne, was in constant communication with me and made sure everything went smoothly. Thanks for the awesome service!
