Terrible Service- Stay away!!

I was so excited to use my gift certificate at Salas but I couldn't reach them to make an appointment. I even contacted my friend who gave me the GC and she tried and couldn't reach them either. Perhaps they were on vacation - but they NEVER returned my calls.

Now - I finally started a calling/emailing campaign (beginning Jan 3rd) and got a call back from a restricted number today, 1/10. It was from Frank. We played phone tag a few times and finally spoke. Frank happily told me my GC had expired. He offered to make an appt for me and charge $60 for a spray tan. No problem - except he wouldn't give me any credit for the expired certificate.

I have been getting perfect spray tans at Nordstroms for years and believe I'll continue with them. They charge $45 and the service is perfect.....Nordstrom good!

Why deal with their poor customer service at their convenience when so many credible spas exist?

Be warned, do not buy a gift certificate from Frank!

I've used Salas for all my wedding activities and every single time my tan has been extremely sexy looking =)

I do want to mention that if you are trying to get a last minute appointment, it is pretty flippin' hard , so plan accordingly!!!

The best sunless tan I've ever had!!!

My tan stuck for like 8 or 9 days, and the biggest draw to me is that I didn't look like I had some type of skin condition while it faded!!

ok... so I do the self tanning lotions @ home and lets just say you win some, you lose some =)

I was getting an award for work and would be infront of the whole company in a sexy black dress so I had to get some sexy color to match

I did a quick internet search for sunless airbrush tanning and I quickly found Salas along with a few others who did , I called around for pricing and all the reviews online said these guys were great so I had to try it out for myself........

ladies.... believe the hype... this is the best tan ever OMG!!! the color is sooooo pretty and the neatest thing is that the girl who did my tan matched a tan to my skin tones... i thought she was just doing it for me since I just had a special event but they do it for everybody

the tan looked great on stage when i got my award and everybody was commenting on my sexy tan, i LUVed it!!!

Reputation says it all -- Magnificent

I was a former sun worshipper back in my day and I've got the skin cancer to prove it. I've been pale as a ghost for the last 10 years because all that nasty self tanning stuff doesn't look good on me or anybody else for that matter.

My daughter was getting married and I just had to get a dash of color in and after doing some research Salas just seemed like the only logical place to go after reading all the reviews on here.

The color was great and I have absolutely no negative experience with the service I do want to say that you need to get an appointment in advance though.
