In Short – The Consilient Restaurant Empire is continuing its northern surge with the opening of their third Fireside Pies location, this time in Grapevine. The menu is similar offering the wildly popular Jimmy's Spicy Italian Sausage, the balsamic roasted chicken and the "Triple 'Roni" pies. Tristan Simon will be working with quite a bit more space while attempting to maintain the same comfy environment with an open kitchen and friendly staff.

Great pizza

Awesome pizza! Their salads and desserts et overlooked but are also very good. Which since I know that is dangerous because I eat too much food there and leave overfilled, but it is hard to put down the triple roni (pepperoni pizza with truffle oil). A lot of people love their sangria, I don't think it is that great and would recommend just a Peroni beer or glass of wine.
- Pros: Try their Triple Roni!!
- Cons: You will leave over stuffed if you are not careful.
