Pedicures good, Manicures Bad.
I'll still go there for a good pedicure but had to switch nail salons to get my solar/pink & white manicures. After 3 either fills or full sets in a row, my fingers started to itch and or burn. 1
time I even had to go to the Dr it was so bad. They claimed I was allergic to the solar nails. Yea NO! I switched salons (was kinda nervous about it) and got the same pink & white nails and guess what. I had NO burning or itching. I really think it was the instruments used that were not clean plus when I was "nic'd" even if I didn't bleed it was very raw.
I've never had a problem when I go in for a pedicure. Always have received a good leg massage and walked away with cute toes. So I'll keep going there for pedicures. Which may sound strange to to some but I've tried other places for pedicures and no one close close to as good.…
worst nail salon in town!. Yesterday I was reminded why I haven't been to this salon in about 2 yrs. I received a gift cert. and decided to use it to get nails filled. Well, I had been going to a wonderful place on the other side of town, and they had put white glitter powder on tip of my nails, so the nail tech at Zizi's offered me a wide variety of glitter powder to choose from after I commented on the red powder I saw on her desk. After my kids and I looked through all the examples, I finally chose the silver glitter. Well, the nail tech never told me that using that particular color/glitter would cost me alot more, so to my surprise, after I was done and was about to pay with my $25 gift cert. The very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL girl at the front desk told me my price was $40! WOW! I said. Good thing I had an extra $20 on me. I will never go back to this salon AND I will tell everyone I know about it. I did remember the rude girl at front desk from last time, but never expected a fill to cost me $40! I rated this a 1 star only because I had to rate it something.…
Needs Improvement. The tech Trish was very nice but my nails look horrible and were coming up on the sides and nailbeds after 3 days. I went out of town and came back and contacted them and was told by June a very rude and no customer service skills whatsoever that they would only guarantee service for 3 days. After that your on your own. So here I am after getting solar nails being told it last 3 weeks, paying for the service and getting no type of satisfaction. It was horrible and I feel they could learn alot about satisfying their customers. I wont be going back.…
