Poor service; terrible proffesionalism

The clothes service is subpar and will never give you a refund when it is absolutely neccesary. They are extremely unproffessional and i am sure they are the ones who wrote the "good" reviews.

- Cons: bad employee staff and yelled at me when i asked for a refund of half my bill to be fair.

The Area's Best Dry Cleaners

Koalaty Cleaners is the most customer service oriented cleaners I've used. In addition to free door-to-door service, the quality of work is excellent at a more than fair price. Lennie, the owner, personally communicates with the customers to assure total satisfaction. The service and quality are far superior to others, especially the discount cleaners in the area. I wouldn't trust any garment that you care about at all to another cleaner.

My wife really loves the door to door service. This has been a really convenient time saver. The quality of cleaning is fantastic as well. Many of the previous discount cleaners we had used always gave our clothes a hint of cigarette smoke. Yuk! Koalaty is quality.

Expert service and customer service is unlike any other Dry Cleaners. The owner, Lennie Segal, operates it and is very involved in every aspect and it shows. He is always just a phone call away. Excellent work and I love the free pick up and delivery service.
