Terrible after sale support. great products, terrible service after the sale. I broke my ipad 2 screen right after I got it and the only thing they offered to do was replace it for $500!! Another customer in there told me about Yakety Yak over in Colleyville and they fixed it for 150.

buy your stuff at the Apple store, but get it serviced elsewhere!…
