Staff is worthless!!!. I work across the parking lot from this location. For spring break, I went and asked the staff if my teenage daughter could bring my 6 and 7 yr old sons to jump for a couple of hours while I work. They said no problem at all as long as I sign the waiver. Showed up today to let them jump and we were turned away by the manager because my daughter is not 18 (which I clearly let them know when I came to ask before I just showed up). Now I have 3 very disappointed kids stuck at work with me today.
Clean facility/ Unhelpful staff.
The facility is very clean and nice because it is new, but the staff was very unfriendly and not helpful.
We had party "hosts" that did nothing but stand there. I ended up tipping them 20 because I have relied on tips to make a living before, but it was definitely not deserved. They did a little bit of set up and then just stood back and watched. There was no interaction between the hosts and the party. My guests got up to help me poor the refills for the kids, get pizza served, cut and serve cake and clean up the plates. I was really disappointed with the staff. They were not very friendly from the beginning and we felt more like a bother than a customer.
