In Short – The bright, spacious room is all greens, reds and yellows, with painted terra-cotta walls covered with an assortment of tchotchkes. The menu features plates of chicken tamales, enchiladas with sour cream sauce, and jumbo shrp stuffed with Jack cheese and jalapenos, wrapped in bacon and grilled. Desserts include the cajeta: a large ball of vanilla ice cream rolled in toasted coconut and pecans.

My fiance' and I eat here all the time. It is one of our favorite restaurants. Both the food and service are excellent. I recommend calling ahead to be put on the waiting list if you are going during busy hours.
My favorite dish is the Guadalajara. It is Fantastic!

My friends and family frequent Uncle Julio's all the time. The servers/hostesses are always so professional! Try their famous swirl margaritas and the fajitas.
