DISAPPOINTED! Donita (the supervisor at the Arlington location) is one of the rudest woman I have ever had to deal with. She's condescending if you ask legitimate questions. She was super nice when I was signing my $8,000 contract with her, but that was the ONLY time she was nice and helpful. Every other encounter I had with her was not good. I've never been treated so bad or received such poor customer service. She's very unprofessional and just overall disappointing. Besides her, if you need to reschedule an appointment, plan on it being another 2 months before you can get in. In addition, you will probably get a different nurse every time, which is uncomfortable. Also, I'm on my last treatment, and I still have to shave once a week. When I said I was unsatisfied with the results, they said that's it's a 70% hair loss, so that's all I get. Shaving once a week after paying $8,000 is not money well spent. I won't go back to Ideal Image in Arlington or give them any more money!!! GO ELSEWHERE!
