The best Tex-Mex restaurant in the Mid-Cities area. We have dined at this restaurant a number of times. Management and wait staff have been outstanding to work with. Our group goes in with 14 -22 persons. We do call in our reservations a month in advance and check back several times as a courtesy matter to the restaurant. Check it out on their web site and they live up to their expectations. The ambiance related to the restaurant from outside appearance, room decor to table setting is well above par. The service time is great considering the large number of items on the menu, the size of the group and individual ticketing. The foods are tasty and well prepared. The wait staff monitors the table for appetizers, chips and drinks insuring that we were well covered. Just make sure you know the proper exits to get to the restaurant. it is slightly hidden from Hwy 121 in Colleyville, TX and the exiting from that highway is not the greatest. We will be back, Rio Mambo. You can't hide from us.
