We met Chris at the Dallas Home Show. We were impressed with his knowledge- especially that he had service experience. He was able to answer our questions, address our concerns, and get us the best system for our needs and budget. The installer and his crew did a terrific job.

Superior Service

We currently have a contract with this company for going on three years now and are quite contented to inform everyone that we are very pleased with the services their technicians provided. As a matter of fact, the most recent services they provided, was through Clint and we plan to specify his return for our forthcoming maintenance service. It was Clint who gave us all the information whereas we decided to upgrade from previous “Silver” to “Gold.” We want to commend Clint for his technical knowledge and the friendly rapport he established with us.

They did not try to sell me up or try to persuade me to get anything that I did not need. He gave me options on what needed to be fixed.He was very thorough with explaining everything and thorough with the repairs.

The service man was very thorough with the repairs and explanation of them. He was very kind and friendly and made sure that the area was clean before he left.
