The reality is: Their service is
horrible, poor and mixed with very bad miscommunication!
1. They took an extra 20 days to fix my 2003 VW Jetta b/c they had internal issues going on... which cost me money out of my pocket for a rental and gas!!!
2. And for the inconvenience the GM said they would try to work something or give me a discount for the inconvenience and he went back on his word.
3. I reached out to their owner on more than one occasion and he has neglected to call me back or email me.
4. I'm contacting the BBB for their bad business and service
5. In addition, they call themselves a Christian Company... Bad business. BEWARE or BE BURNED.

Terrific job. A friend suggested I come here when I need to get my car fixed from a minor accident I was involved in. I'm glad I did because they did a super job! Really happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Factory Finish!

Great job!. I brought my car here to get a paint job. I wanted the same color ( red) but I just wanted to get it re done. The color matched exactly to what I wanted. I was nervous because I kept hearing that red is the hardest color to get right. Factory Finish Collision Center did a great job.

They took great care of me. Factory Finish has great service.They are reliable, do great work, & Great customer service!. They took care of everything that I needed. I dropped of my vehicle & left with a rental without having to go anywhere else. They took great care of me. When I got my vehicle back, it looked awesome.
