poor quality work and unfair to customers. Uptown Haircuts butchered my husband's hair when he went to get it cut on 08/22/09. It looked like a kid took a pair of scissors to it, at least three different styles competing against each other. Also, the cut wasn't even in the back and the stylist tried to claim it was the fault of my husband's hair type, instead of the bad cut. She would not give us a refund of the money spent, but rather said we could have a free cut next time. Why would we want to return to such an awful place!!!??? Thankfully we were able to go to Super Cuts in Lincoln Square in Arlington where they were able to repair the damage with no excuses about my husband's "hair type."
