Friendly. I live down the street from this place and have been going for about a year. I'll make this quick: the place is clean, the women are nice, the pedicure chairs give good massages, they always have new magazines, drinks was offered immediately, the price is right, the result is awesome, & if you can't walk right in they are extremely accommodating,Very professional. Good stuff all around
