After my grooming issue the owner made good by giving me the next grooming free. I would have preferred a refund but it shows that he cares about his business and is willing to rectify any problems. He was extremely courteous and timely and I appreciate that.

I used to take my dog to the Southlake location since I fly out of DFW alot for work. They just opened a new location in Rockwall that is much closer to my house, so I've started taking her there for daycare and boarding now and it's just as great as the first location. Very friendly and helpful staff/management.

Looks Can Be Deceiving

My recent experience with Elite Suites will be my last. My dogs went in sparkling clean, happy and healthy and came back a week later stressed, dirty, matted, shedding (non shedding breed!), and markedly thinner. One of them I almost didn't recognize as his face had turned black with tearing and staining (on a normally white dog it was shocking!). When I remarked about it they rushed away with him saying they would wash him, which they did but it did not help. One of the employees told me to take him to the vet and they would pay for it, which I never did. I told her the stains would take months to grow out and clear up....she offered nothing. I even asked one of the people there if they had changed their diet and they replied "no". I had to call almost every day I was gone to ask them to move the plant which was blocking the webcam to my dog's suite or to move their pad that I brought for them off of the mattress so they could all lay down (they had an unusually small bed meant for one small dog...I have three dogs. I paid for extra attention which was money down the drain, as they were obviously neglected. The entire week I only saw one young man pet my dogs one time. Otherwise people would go in and out without even a pat on the head. My poor babies were miserable! Several of the items I brought with them and left for them were not returned. Need I go on? I would never recommend this place to anyone for their beloved pets. Have already found several other alternatives in the area that come very highly recommended by insiders and plan to try them out next time.

Paying for Piece of Mind

I hate leaving my dogs when we go on vacation -- it breaks my heart but Elite Suites helps alleviate the sadness. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the "suites" are clean, roomy and seemingly comfortable though dogs probably don't care about framed artwork, plants and decorative items -- that's more for the pet parents. The wrought-iron orthopedic beds are an upscale touch. The prices are higher but you're paying for piece of mind -- I'm confident my dogs are safe, comfortable and as happy as can be when apart from us. I recommend this place if you love your dogs as much as we do.

- Cons: Price is a bit high but it's worth it.

Great Facility - The only place I board my pets

This is the only place I leave my dogs if I am going out of town. They have web cams and are happy to give me updates over the phone. It is close to DFW Airport and I always know my dogs are well cared for at Elite Suites!
