Rude Business Owner. I ordered a gift certificate in the amount of $50 on July 15, 2009 for my daughter-in-law's birthday (7/20). The Spa charged my credit card but as of today 8/11/09 the certificate has not been received. Yesterday, I spoke with a pleasant young lady at the Spa D'Aroma regarding my issue. My daughter-in-law moved to North Carolina on 8/10/09. She will no longer live in Southlake. The young lady stated the owner would credit my charge card and also reissue the gift certificate just in case my daughter-in-law visited Southlake. She assured me the owner would be calling me to further discuss the problem. I didn't hear from Luisa. I called her today and she treated me so rudely. She would not even allow me to explain the situation and adamantly informed me no credit would be issued. She said she would email another gift certificate but this is unacceptable to me. Spa D'Aroma did not deliver the goods as we verbally agreed to on July 15th. I have filed formal complaints. I would strongly suggest you not do business with this company.
Relaxing & Clean Spa to get away..
They have beautiful waterfalls & soothing spa music, so enjoyable to relax. The staff was very attentive to my
needs & the lunch was wonderful. My husband bought
me a spa package for mothers day and he did great. This is the spa I'll go back to.
Worst spa experience of my life. At least the robes were comfortable - although I'm not sure they were clean. I don't even want to relive the memory by typing it out. Go somewhere else.
Rudest business owner of a spa , Luisa. I spent 15 minutes writing a review of Spa D'Aroma but it was too long so I'm going to make this short. I arrived on time for my facial with Luisa. She skipped many steps and was out of the room for 15 min. of the treatment time. She stopped 20 min. short of the 1 hour. I asked for a discount because I felt shortchanged from the treatment and time. Luisa became offensive and refused to listen to me. I recieve facials about every 6 weeks so I know what to expect. I can honestly say I have never meet a more rude business owner and honestly can't figure out why she is still in business if she treats her customers like this. I am a very reasonable person and have never complained about a service before. She appeared nice at first but quickly changed once I had a complaint. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!
