Sharon was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable! I bought my wedding gown here...and absolutely loved it! It arrived on time and was more than I could ever imagine!

We rented the guys' tuxedos from here as well. Great attention to detail...made my husband glad to have chosen this shop. They're even open on Sundays, which makes it easy to return after the wedding.

My seamstress was amazing and worked miracles. They changed the neckline to sweetheart as I requested, it turned out beautiful!

I highly recommend Bridal Designs to all the brides!

After visiting 5-6 other bridal salons in the DFW area with less than stellar results, I was overwhelmed by the absolutely amazing service and selection at Bridal Designs from the very minute I walked in the door! I purchased my wedding dress and went back with all of my bridesmaids so that they too could have as wonderful an experience as I did. The dresses all arrived in store earlier than promised. We loved our dresses and experience at Bridal Designs! Their in-house alteration was excellent and convenient. Thank you for the wonderful bridal experience!

The ladies at Bridal Designs were all very helpful. Took the time to find out what I was looking for and what the wedding would be like before looking for dresses. Helped me into and out of the dresses. Very friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I finally found my dress.

From beginning to end, Bridal Designs took care of all my wedding needs. I easily found my reasonably priced dream dress, had it altered and also found my bridesmaid dresses at Bridal Designs! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I would recommend any brides to use Bridal Designs!!!

Love this bridal shop! Beautiful dresses displayed on mannequins! The staff was very easy to work with and my alterations were 100% perfect. My dress was the least hassle I had with my entire wedding! I highly recommend Bridal Designs.

I had nothing but a great experience with Bridal Designs!! Sharon is wonderful and all the sales associates are so helpful and professional! They take their time to fit YOUR needs. They listen to what you want and they have a ton of unique dresses to choose from. I went to several shops and they were by far the best priced and the prettiest dresses and they have the up to date ones. I had 6 bridemaids and they all ordered there dresses from here and nothing went wrong!!! Thank you Bridal Designs for making my special day to marry my best friend come true!

I had such a great experience at Bridal Designs. I could not find a wedding dress that I liked in many stores I shopped, so a friend of mine told me to go here. The first hour I was there, I found THE dress and the bridesmaid dresses! It's a beautiful shop and very friendly staff and just a great experience!

I could not have been happier with my experience at Bridal Designs. The bridal salon is very private and I felt like I did not have to fight for space in the mirror and did not have a ton of other brides there during my appointment. Their selections of dresses are beautiful and very affordable. Every employee I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Best of all, they were not pushy. When I thought I had found my dress, rather than immediately push for the sale, the sales associate began pulling other dresses that were similar to the one I loved to ensure it was truly the dress I loved and not just the style. I bought my dress during the first visit. Thank you Sharon for all of your help!

Bridal Design was the perfect place to dress shop! They make you feel special and do an outstanding job picking out dresses to fit your big day. They listened and found the dress for me. Sharon was professional and SO helpful. She was honest about what looked good, what did not and what shapes flattered my figure the most. I would recommend Bridal Designs to anyone just starting out, or even to a bride like myself who has tried on many before! They have a GREAT selection of dresses I have not seen anywhere else!

AVOID!!!!. Buyer Beware!! Do all of your research prior to buying. I personally will never set foot in this place again. Even to pick up the gown I ordered yesterday. They won't let me cancel!! My experience with the sales staff was not at all like the previous reviews. I was treated well and felt very comfortable with the staff. The one young lady was new at the store and needed very little assistance from the other two sales people one of which is the “store manager”. I wanted to sleep on this decision and look at the dress on the internet. I was told I would not be able to find my dress online because it was a “private collection” so I decided to go ahead and buy the dress. Well that was my first mistake.

As soon as I got home, funny thing, not only did I find the dress, I found it for $188 less plus some additional expenses that I was charged for, a total of $355. I spoke with the manager first thing this morning and told her what I found. She stated that the sale price was for a specific size and that it was a sample gown. I told her I would call the company and find out what the story was. Shouldn’t she have done this? Well guess what, I can order any size of this dress for the sale price. And called her back to tell her. She wouldn’t answer the phone so I emailed her this information. She had told me it didn’t matter because I agree to pay that amount for the dress. The story just goes down hill from here!! Please note that their web site specifically says “lowest prices guaranteed” I’m so disappointed in this company. The manager won’t provide me with the owners name and number, which now I suspect that she is the owner. DON’T GO HERE!! I’m going to take this matter as far as I can legally and through the various internet channels to see that others don’t get taken advantage of like I was. Now I’m very concerned that I won’t even have a dress in September. I’m sure she’ll come up with away to sabotage my dress. If I could afford to walk away from $500 I would. As I’m typing this review, my fiancé has gone to the store and spoke with the manager. She agreed to give us $121 credit. What happens to the rest of the money I’m out? Better Business Bureau here I come. My attorney is working on this as well. Please enjoy your bridal experience and don’t go to bridal designs in Southlake Tx
