Diedra, A Very Unplesant Owner.
I was met by a very rude cashier while placing my order. Her service and attitude were so poor that I felt compelled to voice my displeasure to her. She didn't receive my criticism very well and after a brief exchange she asked me if I'd prefer a refund so I could go eat elsewhere. I gladly accepted her offer.
I have received rude service from cashiers at fast-food restaurants before, however she was clearly dressed like the manager, so I asked for her name. She rather proudly replied, "Diedra and I am the owner." I was shocked that someone with something to financially gain from its customers would act in the manner she did.
Bottom-line if your thinking of trying this place for the first time, don't do it because the OWNER (Diedra) of all people doesn't like a hint of indecision when ordering.
