Great Food!. This place is one of my favorite vegan/all natural and organic American restaurants. There is a wide variety of great quality food. I also love the whole environment and feel of the diner and the employees are very kind and friendly. I am a fan of their quesadilla and very berry smoothies. I have had friends who were all hesitant about eating vegan food end up to their surprise actually liking the food. I would have to agree with a previous review that the food here is not cheap, but that shouldn't be a big surprise since organic food anywhere is always more expensive anyways.

decent but inconsistent. These hippies really give me the blues sometimes. This place can serve some delicious stuff on occasion, but the service is ALWAYS miserable and they often run out of things. I had some soup today that was terible. A week ago it was magnificient. These ups and downs are more than my delicate psyche can bear. Pancake Sundays are consistently nice.

amazing. Who would have thought a vegan restaurant in Fort Worth could be successful? Well, they've done it. Amazing organic vegan food at reasonable prices, what more could you ask for? Spiral is a welcome change from all those corporate chain restaurants where the wait staff look and act like zombie's. Everyone is very friendly here and you actually feel like you're part of a community here.
