Bad customer support service. We purchased a bedroom set from Store #2903 in Hurst, Texas. This purchase was made on 3 of January 2010. The amount was for $1043.00 dollars. Order number 2759246. The furniture was delivered on 1/10/10.

Here-in lies the problem. Your Rooms to go store offers a dollar back of 50 to 100 dollars off if scratches or dents are found with purchase of any used mattress set.

My wife read the article in the newspaper without reading the fine print (with purchase of any used mattress) and called store number 2903 at phone number 817-581-9636. The call was at approximately 1 pm this afternoon (15 Jan 2010). My wife, bless her heart was trying to inquire about the possibility of getting some money back, as she found some nicks and scratches on the furniture day before yesterday.

During this phone call a lady answered the phone and from what I gather was already disturbed, and when she asked my wife for the invoice number, my wife didn't have it in front of her, but was asked for our phone number. This very rude lady, kept telling her she couldn't find anything with both our home phone and my cell phone number. After awhile she must have found the invoice number with the phone number, but continued to be extremely rude, telling my wife that we had had the furniture for 5 days, and she didn't know what we could have done to it. It is still in the bedroom, in the same spot that the delivery people place them on the day of the delivery.

When my wife inquired about this money back for scratches, this very rude lady vehemently yelled at my wife and told her she couldn't do this, treating my wife like a theif. When my wife was trying to get some answers from this very rude lady, she told her to wait, and must have breifed the manager on duty because when he took my wifes call, he was also extremely rude and apparently yelled at my wife. If I had been here to talk to him, I might have been tempted to locate him at the store and thrash him, because after my wife got off the phone with this igonoramus, she called me in tears saying that she had been treated like a theif.

If i could load this furniture up and take it back to the store I would burn it, because I am so mad at how my wife was treated by both the persons she talked too. The so called manager needs a lesson in customer support, or should find himself a job some place where he doesn't need to deal with people.…
