Average barbeque at best. We moved from Austin to Keller recently and was told this was some of the best barbeque in town (DFW). I've had some of the best barbeque on the planet... Ironworks comes to mind, so I was ready to eat. We had take-out so I can't rate the servers. The brisket was just OK. The smoke ring was there, but only a very mild smoke taste and on the dry side. The ribs were more of the same and the meat did not pull from the bone. The sauce had a decent taste but was thin. The sides were below average. The biggest disappointment was the sausage, it looked like it came from Hillshire Farms, devoid of any flavor.....bland. Far from the Elgin sausage that is the staple in South Texas. I'm still in search of great barbeque in North Texas.

Good BBQ in a Franchise Restaurant. If you have been to Spring Creek before you will know what to expect. If not then you will not be disapointed in the food. Good BBQ in a fast service format with all the veggies and sides you can eat.

The employees at the Keller branch are courteous, entertaining and friendly. Well worth a stop if you are in the market for fast and tasty BBQ.

Good Food but NOT for the Price. The food is good, however, the service and the price do not make it worth the trip. There are many other barbecue places with just-as-good, if not better food, with much better service and better prices. I would try other places first.

Spring Creek feels like a log cabin; dining areas features wooden tables and cozier booths. While customers feast, servers circle with baskets of complimentary freshly baked rolls--a real highlight. The menu is classic barbeque with beef, sausage, ribs, turkey, ham and chicken. Customers stack as many veggies (slaw, beans, potato salad, etc.) as they can fit on the rest of the plate. Save room for a scoop of Blue Bell ice cream or some cobbler.
