Cowtown Sushi. The best sushi I've ever had. Sushi is artfully arranged, which I appreciate. Everything we ordered was delicous! It was expensive but worth it. Limited wine and drink selection but we were there for the sushi - so we overlooked that.

Never Disappointed. My wife and I have tried a number of places in and around the Mid-Cities, as well as a few in Dallas and Ft. Worth. We have been to all of them 1-2 times, except this place...We've probably been here a dozen times and are never disappointed!

For a "local" place in the Roanoke, Westlake, Southlake, Keller, Colleyville, Grapevine, North Richland Hills, etc. area, I believe you will be hard-pressed to find better sushi or atmosphere.

Hidden Gem!. I found this restaurant through City Search and decided to try it since I was new to the area. I was pleasantly suprised. Not only is the food excellent, but the artistry is fantastic. This is not one of those fast food sushi places, so be prepared to pay $10 each specialty roll, but it was definitely well worth it!

Surprise Surprise, Southlake is now a sushi destination. From the outside, you'd never guess there was a chic sushi spot located on the strip mall. Nor would you know how classy this restaurant is from the name "Cowtown". We were completely taken off guard once we walked in one Friday night. The rolls were reasonably priced and yes, they were huuge. The Mt. Fuji roll is great and so is the Dragon Roll. We made reservations cause it was a Friday night and we're glad we did. It gets fairly busy on the weekend. Service was wonderful and friendly. Our drinks never went dry and the sushi came promptly. Overall, a very very pleasant experience.

Amazing Sushi, Great Atmosphere, Reasonable Prices!!. I am a sushi fanatic, lov eit and insist on having it 1-2 times a week! I just recently moved to the area and was told a couple places to try. All of them are good, but Cowtown is great! Very Reasonable prices for a huge variety of sushi. Plus the rolls are huge! The atmosphere and the presentation will far exceed any expectations you may have of a sushi returant named Cowtown sushi! Don't leave without trying the Mt. Fuji roll or the Lousianna Roll, both are out of this world!

Southlake sushi bar brings minimalist chic to the suburbs.. In Short
The name belies the modern interior, bathed in low lighting and the sound of a running waterfall at the entrance. Sushi sells by the piece and is artfully presented on Japanese flatware. Rolls are delicious and vary in degree of exoticism, from the California roll to the Mount Fuji roll, salmon and tuna mixed with chili-infused cream wrapped in seaweed. Non-sushi eaters find plenty of choices between fried soft-shell crab and beef tataki.
