Best Burritos Hands-Down of This Chain, Great Customer Service and Friendly, Speedy Service. While I admit that any Chipolte location would win my best burritos award, this location in Southlake offers outstanding, friendly customer service with a smile. I like to describe it as "the Burrito Buffet" as you choose your ingredients in a line style fashion and watch as your monster is created before your eyes. However, for the regular diner, your special combination can sometimes be challenged by the less confident "Burrito Artist", almost intimidating you to not speak up if your idea of extra cheese doesn't quite match up to what has been added. After regular visits during peak and off times, I have personally found all the staff at this location to truly take the art of the perfect burrito seriously, often taking time to make sure that your choices are important to their masterpiece.

Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.
