False Advertising. Theatre advertised 'formula' treats, to wit : "Two Large Drinks, One Large Popcorn, $12.50. I ordered one large regular coke and one frozen coke (with the popcorn) and was then advised that the 'frozen' soft drink didn't count and was charged $17.00. I pointed out to the on-scene mangager that that policy was no where displayed. Enough to make me reluctant to return, or to recommend.…
