Never come again!. Yesterday I reserved the seat of "The Melting Pot" via restaurant com, but when I arrived, they didn't have my reservation and told me that they don't work with restaurant com. BUT why they offer a dinning certificate online?

In addition, they didn't explain that they change the menu when we arrived the restaurant. They gave us a set menu which cost $150 per couples instead of the regular dinner menu that we saw on restaurant com, they told us that it was the only meal they were serving on Valentine's day. They gave us 2 thick books of wine menu instead. AND we CANNOT use the dinning certificate that we bought online. They gave us the appetizer before we even looked at the menu. We never had a change to refuse the dinning service.

For the food, there is only 1 dish for 2 people! It is a small portion main course serving tiny pieces of beef & lemon chicken, 4 tiny shrimps, 1 lobster tail. Seriously me & my husband do not have great appetite, but this small dish cannot never fill us up.

The cheese pot tastes bad. The wine favor doesn't go along with the bread or apple or fresh veggie at all. The dessert with chocolate dip is way too sweet.

We made all the way driving to this restaurant, but nothing we could be satisfied. Nothing worth $150! It just ruined my Valentine's Day!

They're Lucky The Food Was Good. I had the worst experience, on one of my very special occasions. My date and I waited about 30 minutes for our waiter to assist us. I clearly felt invisible. I tried catching eye contact with any AND every waiter, nobody paid attention. Half ANOTHER hour from when we ordered, we finally got our drinks WITH our cheese course. It took an hour to get our first drink. We should've got our drinks as soon as we ordered them..not with our food! Then... everything was great until we were done with our main course and we waited about 45 minutes to an hour for our "original" chocolate..when the table got theirs within FIVE minutes. When we got our "original chocolate", I tried it and it wasn't even the "original chocolate". It was the peanut butter dessert. We spent 3 hours there total, when we spent about one hour eating. I was very upset that one of my few special nights ended like this. I will take it into deep consideration before ever spending so much money for the worst service I have ever experienced.

Will never go back. I will never go back. The food was not at all worth the money ($88 for two) and didn't taste that good either. The waitor rushed through ALL the instructions and didn't care or wait to see if anyone in my party (8 people) had any questions. He knew this was our first time at an establishment like this. That was very frustrating. We were all asking, "what did he say?". One of the people in our party said she had a terrible experience at this same establishment a couple weeks before and they had given her a free dinner. I personally will spend my hard earned money somewhere else where I know the food is great and the waitstaff appreciate my business.

Sooooo Romantic!. Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love this place! It was in a very romantic setting with a wonderful manager and waitstaff. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed graciously and our spectacular waitress, CeCe (short for Cecilia) was very attentive. The food was very fresh and quite tasty. I would definitely recommend this for a first date spot!

It's hip to dip at this cozy fondue-lover's paradise.. In Short
Booths equipped with tabletop fondue pots are clustered together inside the intimate dining room. Start with a cheese fondue, including an assortment of breads, veggies and fruits for dipping. Entrees include lobster, center-cut filet, fish, chicken and vegetarian selections served with a variety of dipping sauces. For dessert, try the flaming turtle, a mix of chocolate and caramel flambéed tableside, served with nut-covered marshmallows, fresh fruit, pound cake, brownies and cheesecake.
