The way a staff should be. My wife and I were at the Moritz dealership on Saturday, to try and purchase her a new vehicle, and I am happy to say that she was able to get her a 2012 KIA Soul! I really do not think it would have been possible without the professional attitude of the salesman, Mike Kennedy, or the professionalism of the finance department and Trayce Cavanaugh!

Best Experience so far!. This car buying experience was the best so far. There were a couple of rough spots but Moritz came through for me. I really do love my new Soul and I have handed out a couple of your cards.

Exceptional Customer Service. I Had Two Salesmen, And One Of Them Was Mike Cohn. He Provided Exceptional Customer Service. He Was Very Friendly And Went Above And Beyond What He Normally Would Do For A Customer.

Over the Top Service!. The Kia we selected had several scratches on it and Marion made arrangements for me to bring it back two days later to get the scratches repaired. He said Thursday was his day off but he met me at the front door when I arrived and took the car to the service area. I was very pleased with the results. He pointed out all of the areas we had marked had been repaired. We feel the work and service was excellent.

Crossed Fingers. The car was pulling a little to the right. I have an appointment to get it fixed. I did not notice it until a few days ago. I don’t think it’s anything major. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Moritz.

Good. My overall experience was really good. I would recommend Moritz to people I know. They could improve the wait time for financing, it just took a little longer than I would have liked.

Amazing!!!. I had a pleasure meeting with Matt. I enjoyed his attitude and camaraderie among everyone that worked there. Everyone at your dealership made my buying experience a lot of fun…Matt, John Whelan, and Harry, the music, humorous announcements on the PA system, the lady sitting at the front desk, and the gentleman wishing me well when I left. Overall my sales experience was a 10+!!!!
