Not the best service. My experience was not the best. I told the counter person ,there was an Alpine unit I would like to see, and he replied sarcastically "oh really" ,this is after I patiently waited for him to finish with another customer. . Then after returning home I reviewed my receipt and found an additional $30.00 charge. I called him and asked about the charge and was told he had to add this on because he could not sell the unit for the price as shown on my receipt. It seems like an unethical way to do business and I did not feel I was treated with the respect I deserved. I am sure this is an isolated incident as it was thirty minutes before closing time. but the extra charge on my receipt does not seem right.
