32.873535 -97.260646Love this place!!!!lube employees are very nice( and are not ex cons as one misinformed member stated) and as far as one review stating that they were afraid of an employee because he had blue hair, I find that to be completely ridiculous!! That's pretty prejudice to judge someone by the color of their hair- what's next racial profiling? Judge the business by their work,and so far I've had a wonderful experience with Tony's .
Lousy.
I just spent $55.00 (including tip) for a guy to wash my truck. I didn't ask for him to break the drivers side floor mat retainer - and not say anything about the damage. Additionally, his hygiene was poor and he left his sent in the vehicle. Missed several spots on the outside. I admit, I had to use polishing compound to get them off. But isn't that what I paid them for.
I give them two stars because they didn't steal anything.

BEWARE Watauga Harvest Friends. Pass the word about Tony's Express Lube, yes he owns several locations. I have been a loyal customer since 2006 with all our vehicles and referred numerous friends and relatives. I had a problem with EXPRESS LUBE that caused my vehicle to breakdown on Hwy121 and had to be towed to my mechanic, 20 miles away. Expensive & not fun. When we found the' lube mgr'. he was leaning back in his chair taking personal calls. A "sales representative" with blue hair approached my wife, she directed him to me and locked the doors. After talking to the mgr, I found a total lack of respect and total denial that any of his 'expert staff' could possibly make a mistake. He finally did promise to see my mechanic the next morning ... he made the appt and then never showed. After going back to EXPRESS LUBE, I left my business card and a brief complaint with the mgr. I was very impressed when the owner, TONY, called back. He talked a good story about not wanting to lose a good customer and that his employees could sometimes be problematic and could have made a mistake. As his mgr did, TONY promised to talk with my mechanic and take care of the problem, which cost us $370.00. We haven't heard from them since.
I have moved my family & friends business to KWIK KAR of Watauga, 7904 Denton Hwy. WHAT A DIFFERENCE ...professional and courteous service where my family can feel safe.
Sorry that we were unable to make you happy, but according to the service manager at Classic Chevrolet, had we put the wrong fluid in your brake cylinder you would not have been able to drive over 2000 miles. Tony's policy is that we do not ever add any fluid to the brake system and has been the policy for years. We did not cause the problem, therefore, we did not have the responsibility to replace the master cyclinder.
REALLY??. I've used Tonys 5 to 6 times this year. I've had little problems here and there but they are convenient. But today the guys removed my childs carseat so 2 guys could ride in my vette! I'll go out of my way to avoid this place!! BTW most of them can't speak english!

paid $150 for complete detail got maybe a $10 carwash
Carpet not shampooed or even vac, better yet they ate lunch in my car and squirted ketchup all over inside and out.They did not clean anything just put armorall on top of dirt. Meanwhile the broke my cupholder when I showed them they got a screwdriver and damaged my dash. The manager was insulting and suggested maybe I broke it myself. Did a terrible job I went back for them to fix itafter two tries still incredibly dirty save your money!

I'm sorry but after going here for about a year I've had all of the bad experiences I can handle. I used to love the fact that I could get a free car wash with my oil change but that holds no water anymore. First of all, the window on my satellite radio had some residue left on it from some spray they used and when I returned to see if they could remove the spots, they tried and tried but could not and did not offer to replace it. Next I had $17 worth of quarters in my cupholder and after it went through the wash, I got in my truck and there was literally $6 in quarters left. I spoke with the manager and he went to take action, but really, who was going to admit that they had just stolen all of that change? It was so obvious. So the manager offered me a carwash upgrade for my next return to make up for the difference. I took him up on it, and when I returned and reminded him of his offer, he looked at me and said, wasn't there like $11 left in there??!! As if that is the principle of the matter? I was shocked. My antenna was also removed and never replaced, although I didn't notice it at the time until a day later. Of course when I went back, it was nowhere to be found.
My last oil change was at Kwik Kar Wash down the street and although it's a bit more expensive, it's going to save me in the long run.
Sounds like you're from Kwik Kar and just want to bad mouth your competition.
Great great. Best place in town, I have been going to Tony for about 5 years and always had great service, we are humans so it can't be 100 percent all the time but over all 100 percent satisfaction.
Suprised!. I had a 50% off coupon, so i decided to indulge. the experience was very nice. It was super clean in the waiting area, they had a childrens' area and comfy chairs.
Best carwash in town!!!. Tony's has always been the best place with the best deals. At anytime that I've had an issue, it was promtly taken care of, no questions asked! The salesman especially has such a wonderful personality that you can't help but smile. Just check it out for yourself and you'll see that Tony's is as good as it can get!!!
