Staff unknowledgable. I've had the problem of getting help from someone who is just trying to make a sale and does not know what they are selling the past few times I've been in there. I like to shop local, but this makes it hard for me to justify doing so. I'm not sure how the other camera stores around town are, so perhaps they are the same. I just know that I should not have to tell the clerk 4 or 5 times that what they are telling me does not match what is written on the printed information they are supplying.
