I am sorry.. Personally, i used to work at Movie Tavern on Green Oaks, and you guys need to seriously think about how hard it is to work there. You guys dont have any idea how hard it is. i am srry that it takes a long time to deliver food. i truely am but we are all only human. we all try. Its truely hard. so you all try it. then tell me its easy.

Best Monte Cristo in Town!. There is nothing better than a movie and an adult beverage!

Movie Tavern was a little slow in service when they first opened....but we have seen an impressive increase in their service process since that time.

They offer a very full menu...from the standard popcorn to burgers to salads and wraps. My favorite is the "Full Monte"....the best monte cristo sandwich I've ever had!

Worst customer service I've ever had. Staff & Shift Manager. 1 Hr Wait on chips / drinks for 2. Arrived 10 minutes early to show. Ordered at 9:40p.m. chips/queso/drinks for 2. The theater wasn't even half full, I wouldn't even say 1/4 full. 9:40p.m. on Monday night, Aug. 22. 10:32p.m. I leave theater, find manager, inform him of situation, and he says "we'll take care of you." 3 min. later, waiter brings chips/drinks, and apoligizes. Then he says he'll comp the ($6.00)chips; and hands me a bill for the ($9.00)drinks. Manager never came back to apoligize, never checked on us during remainder of movie, nothing. These are the guys I want representing my business.....(yea, right). I have been going there for years, and this has happened a couple of times before, but never an hour wait on food that didn't have to be cooked. And especially on a Monday night. I sent them an email, don't expect to receive a reply, but its now after midnight, and its important enough for me to stay up, register here, and express my review. Good luck if you go......
