THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!. Don't ever go here if you value the security of your bank account. I attended The Planet Beach Tan in Mansfield from roughly 04/10-08/10, when I cancelled my subscription. I was told that since it was the end of August, it would discontinue in September. On 3/8/11, my checking account had been charged $54.95 by Planet Beach six times in one morning. Fearing my identity had been stolen I had to cancel my debit card. I contacted Planet Beach to inquire why there were so many charges to my account and was very rudly told that it was due to past payments missed. I explained that I had already cancelled and they told me that they did not have the paper work showing I did. I asked them how they got my new debit card information since my card had expired in September of 2010. They said that their computer automatically updated my new expiration date. I find this hard to believe, because if their computer had been capable of this and they had no record of my cancellation, why did they charge six months worth of dues at one time instead of monthly like the contract originally stated? Don't go to this place!!!!
