Daireds Salon and Spa Pangea

Loyal client will not return... I have been a client for years....... I had highlights done a week ago, roots were showing..went in for redo....left with blonder hair and roots still showing AND I had to pay for a blowdry (that looked as if a 4 yr old had styled it). I have had my make up applied by Daired's artists who clearly did not know eyeliner from lipliner , had massages that felt as is someone was just rubbing lotion on my body and never said a word.... but after today, I will no longer keep quite and I will no longer waste my money at Daireds. For the money, I get a much better pedicure at Hot Nails on Green Oaks!!!!!!…

Poor scheduling - Rates kept changing. I scheduled to have a 'full' done on my daughters hair, along with a cut. When I arrived, the hairdresser informed me that he only had time to do a partial. He said that it was going to cost $125 for the job which I felt was a fair competitive rate but was slightly aggravated that we were being turned away. When we arrived the next day, we learned that they had failed to schedule the cut and could only color her hair...oh, and the price had changed overnight to $175. For such a pricey salon, they don't seem to have their act together. IF I went back, I would ask the scheduler to repeat back everything I needed done, ask for a firm rate and would get her name so I could complain if they tried to jack the rates up on me. Nice facility but too many inconsistencies and inconveniences for me to return.…
