In Short – Patrons walk in and casually order at the counter, then settle at one of the wooden tables. Popular for a quick lunch as well as a full dinner, the menu offers choices in meats: beef brisket, pulled pork and ribs, sausages and smoked turkey. Cold salads and hot sides such as fried okra and barbecued beans complement the meats. Large groups take advantage of family meal packs that feed up to six.
