Wee Tots only for the Desperate. If you are 5 minutes late to an appointment or accidentally bring the wrong madicaid form they will reprmend you like a child and send you a letter in the mail that they make you sign explaining your mistake, after 3rd inconvience they will kick you out. Now I have never been late to an appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early for one of my appointments, I found out they scheduled me wrong. They didn't even apologize for their mistake. They just told me matter of factly that I was scheduled for a different time. I had to wait an hour and a half to be seen. I told the lady it was a double standard that she thought it was ok for me to wait an hour and a half because they made a mistake in my scheduling and not even apologize and yet they expect me to never be more than 5 minutes late. They are also difficult to get on the phone, I was told that my daughter might have led poisoning, and the results would come back within 2 days. I was a wreck worrying about her. I waited for a call to no avail after 2 days and then finally called for the results. Tha lady said she was fine. THen someone called me 2 days later than that with the results. Had I not called I would have waited twice as long to get the results for no reason because they waited 4 days to call me with the results. EXPECT TO WAIT ON TEST RESULTS DUE TO OVER WORKED STAFF, OR POORLY TRAINED OR QUALIFIED STAFF. The reason there are so many people who go to this doctor is because they take parkland and every other type of medicaid. So if you have to go to this office, the doctors dont seem adequate but then for what money they make ofcourse they are going to be nice, apparently they dont spend any part of that money on hiring good staff and training them poperly on how a doctors office SHOULD treat its patients.…
Service of WeeTots. I love the doctors the staff and all.its very clean an comfortable an you will always feel comfortable.I have never had problems and my kids have always got excellent treatment...
Doctors Great - Staff are horrible!!!. BEWARE!!! Postive - the doctors and nurse practicioners are great. The are caring and do not rush their patients. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!! They are rude, do not answer the telephones, and uncaring. The 1st time that I actually had a SICK child with a 102.6 fever I called on a Friday morning at 8:00am. After finally getting through at 8:30am I was told they were booked and could not see her until Monday morning. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was then transferred to another person who later reveled that she was not a supervisor. After finally speaking to a supervisor, who appeared to care my child was seen. After my child was diagnosed with having the flu and strep throat as I was leaving the "Operations Manager" spoke to me in the examining room with my sick child because her staff, including the supervisor, said I was yelling at them. After explaining that I had not yelled but rather was not accepting that they would not see my child I left feeling exhausted and violated. Even the doctor said I was not upset or aggitated. They did not care that my child had the flu and strep. They were only upset that I actually made sure that my child saw the doctor. I have never been to such an unprofessional doctor's office. Although I really love the doctors and nurse practicioners, I will be changing offices to assure this does not happen again. As I told the Operations Manager, I was doing what I was supposed to do, "Protect my Child." I will never apologize for doing that!…
Wonderful doctors, Office staff not as great.. Starting with the positives, the doctors and providers are very helpful, kind and informative. Especially Dr. Diaz de Leon and Dr. Jaramillo. My 3 and 4 year old have been coming here since they were born and I trust these doctors with my children. The location is great and they usually can get you in same day. Ok, the only thing I've ever had a problem with is the front office staff. They usually are not helpful, and very rude. I am a medical assistant and work in the health field so I do understand they get busy and it's not the easiest job. I've actually changed my PCP once before because of the office staff. I did end up going back just because of the doctors, but am still unhappy with the service they give. They are not helpful when it comes to insurance verification. So if you can deal with the rudeness of the office staff, the doctors are great.…
