GOOD FOOD!. I have been going here for years regularly. They are super kind friendly hospitable and wait on you well. AND I HAVE VERY HIGH STANDARDS! The food is not the best Thai I have ever had but it's good and the best in the area. I go there regularly and have take many friends there and NO ONE that I know has gotten sick. The wait staff may not speak English well but they try VERY hard to make you happy! This is part of the charm. They have always gone out of their way to make it a nice experience. It's a little too expensive I must say but rent can't be cheap in SL Town Center.

Unsanitary - I agree. Stay away unless you want your stomach torn up. I was sick with nausea for 5 days, was queasy after meals for 2 more days, then had really bad gas pains for 2 days, then mild gas pains for 3 days after that.

The ticket is just the first price you pay here.

Good food; poor service. Great food but.. maybe we were so hungry when we finally received it...

Server seems like she didn't understand at times. Dinner took 45 minutes to get to us. Brought the wrong item (meat to a vegetarian). Drinks we're never refilled. Brought out 2 of the 6 entress.. wandered off to another table.. Then finally brought some more.... Had to remind her we needed rice.. etc, etc. Not good...

Excellent food, great service. I'm not sure where these other reviewers went but it must be the wrong place. I've been going to Thai Chili in Southlake on a regular basis for over 4 years and have never had a bad experience. The food is authentic and delicious. Service is always great and I've never waited any longer for my food than in any other restaurant. They may not speak perfect English but they always make themselves understood and are warm and friendly. They have always gotten my order right. The food is spicy, but if you know Thai food then you know that is the correct way to prepare it. If you don't like spicy all you have to do is mention it. I love this place and will continue to return as long as they keep up the good work. Give it a try, it's the best in DFW!

Unsanitary?!?!?!?. Waited almost an hour for my take out, ordered spicy basil beef, got spicy basil chicken AND found SEVERAL hairs in my order - fortunately, before eating it. Won't be returning...

Horrendous Service. My coworkers and I just went to Thai Chilli and after the horrible experience were debating on whether they even deserved a tip! We waited 1.5 hours for our food and during the wait, our drinks weren't even refilled! A person from another table nearby told us her party had been waiting for about as long.

When the food did arrive, my vegetable Panang looked like a drippy sauce (with no vegetables or tofu), while the other members complained that their's was spicier than they had ordered.

The funny thing is, we had been to Thai Chili once before and waited a long time for our orders that day as well. But, since we all liked Thai and the location was convenient, we thought we'd give it one more try. Never again. We will definitely not be going to this restaurant again.

Best Thai Food Northeast Tarrant. Overall, a great restaurant. The food taste and presentation are wonderful. Seating promptness is hit-or-miss. Be careful if you think you can handle the "extra spicy" version of dishes. I usually like to get "the hottest/spiciest", but this restaurant's spiciest versions seem to be a bit too hot which makes the meal difficult to enjoy when you are sweating and your mouth is on fire! I now request the "medium" spice, and it's perfect! (specifically referring to Pad Thai and Drunken Noodle dishes). Highly recommend this dining experience!

Excellent Thai in nice location. My group of friends has been going to the Las Colinas location for years. Both locations have stylish digs and excellent food. Favorites are green curry, massamun curry, soups, and pad thai. Basil rolls are great, and stir-fry-type dishes are good too. Haven't been to this location at night but the LC location is romantic at night, with candles and tasteful music.
